No matter who you are in life, you always have to 'serve an apprenticeship', you might say.
Do some freebies, and see if you get interest from anyone who can take you where you need to go.
Schools: Offer to do lunch-time concerts, etc. Also Ask your music teachers!

Churches/Clubs [You might need parental help here]: Freebies - There is always an opportunity to sing and dance to the older folks - and for many other churches, also to the young ones as well. Remember, most of your future payment will come by way of over 50'sLOL! So get used to working with and for them.
Aged Homes, retirement villages, etc. are also good experience and value for beginners.
When you've been out and about for a year or so, if no one shows you any interest, you can be sure that there is little you have at this stage of your life, that people greatly value in those fields of your life - at least, not valued enough to start paying you for.
But Don't quit, though ... many people will still gain from the entertainment you offer them, and you will be much appreciated.
My son started out with most of these experiences, right from about 9 or 10 - no pay, just give.
By early teens, he was occasionally getting paid work, but only little. He still continued, mainly freebies also.
Now he stars in 'Gypsy and the Cat'.
Also, remember that even Donny Osmond and Michael Jackson may have been big by 12 or 13, but they initially rode directly 'on the backs' of their much older brothers!
And you can see - just by the 2 of them only, just how rare that kind of teenage success is!!
You could also try a 'Justin Bieber' ... but remember, in his own way, even he had to "serve a freebieapprenticeship"!!
