No. Most doctors recommend losing no more than 2-2.5 pounds a week... any more and you're stressing your body/causing it to go into starvation mode, if you're not exercising/just starving... You CAN lose that much... but I'd vote strongly against it...

If you try hard enough, exercise daily, and include a healthy diet, it's possible. However, everyone has a different body and everyone loses weight at different paces. It all depends on what your own body is like, but like I said, it is possible, it's just not going to be very easy.

you can, if you eat healthy, and exercise! but unless you are going somewhere or there is a special occasion, you don't have to lose weight that fast, you could gradually lose weight rather than pushing yourself

its all down to you, and how you live your life, anyone can lose weight in a week, it just depends on how well you do, no crisps, chocolate and biscuit's, salt and sat fat will help! oh and make sure you exercise!
