Nope. Once you sign that contract and drive the car home IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Unless the car is covered under warranty, a return is disclosed in the contract (meaning you have it in WRITING that the car can be returned based upon certain factors), or some other stipulation is stated on the bill of sale, it is on YOU. Your only other real option is if you feel the dealer committed some kind of fraud, such as mileage or undisclosed major body work.
