To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. It seems to me that they would be in support of slavery because, assuming my facts are correct, Connecticut had a lot of slaves.

At the Virginia Ratifying Convention, 168 delegates from Virginia met to either reject or ratify the US Constitution. At the end of the convention, the delegates agreed to ratify the Constitution.

The 1787 Constitutional Convention took place from May 25th to September 17th, 1787. The delegates in attendance quickly agreed upon George Washington to be the president of the convention. Washington would be elected in 1789 to be the first president of the United States under the new Constitution.
Of the 55 delegates who attended the Convention, only 39 signed it. Washington, as Chairman of the Convention, signed the document first. Three delegates said they would not sign the document, even though they agreed with the need for a strong government, and the rest of the delegates had returned home by the date of the formal signing.
