Umm...YES!

Is this a serious question? Watch the news on any given night and listen to them talk about how many Mexicans cross the border illegally and have to be returned to Mexico.

If you asked this question, I'm guessing you're here illegally and looking for something to make it ok. It's not. Go home now before you get caught and you get in trouble.

That is, unless you can get legal status (marriage, work visa, etc.) Google it.

If an illegal immigrant is stopped in an airport trying to fly home will they be allowed to get on their flight OR does that mean they aren't in the system since they weren't arrested and deported?

Answer: If they dont have legal proof that they are legal, im sure they wont be able to get on the flight. They'll probably be taken into custody for questioning.

What does civil service status mean?

Civil Status = Marital StatusIt could also be some of below, depending on the context.Civil means like, when you dont get on with someone, but only talk when you have to. or when you do talk you dont argue. or if your with someone whos both of your friends or family, you dont ruin it for them. If you have been married to an illegal resident from Mexico for three years and have a child is it possible for your husband to be deported and what rights do you and your child have concerning this?

call USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 and talk to a represenative there. You dont have to give them specific information but they can instruct you with what you can and cannot do. If your husband is illegal, meaning he came to the United States illegally, he can be deported, even if you have been married. Marriage does not make am illegal immigrant legal. In order to become legal he would have to file forms with INS or USCIS. The above number can also give you more information on that.
