Does Islam refer to the language and culuture of some east African people?

Islam i a complete religion..."Allah" made Islam to all kinds of people and all places in the whole universe

and as a proof:

there's a verse in the Holy Quran says that Allah made all the earth as "mosque"...

Not Only the east African

Do you Know that only 20% of Muslims are Arab...

So it doesn't related at all to the east of Africa...nor the Arabian gulf

But you might said so because east African people speak the Arabic language...which is the language of the Holy Quran...

you might get confused how i said that i doesn't related to a language and the Holy Quran is written in Arabic...

Because the source of Islam was the heart of Arabian dessert which is now "Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" so all the instructions and guides is written in Arabic because it was their mother language

that was a reason...but the main reason is that the Holy Quran has many miracles till now

from them the miracles of literature and numerical miracles...so after being translated by humans...it would loss numerical miracles

so the mother language of Islam is Arabic...but it's not a condition to be a Muslim...

And for culture i afraid the government in most of Arabic countries are so unfair in distributing the resources among its citizens...

which cause lack in food and money...so the ordinary people can't fulfill their daily needs,so they can't convoy the global progress,that's why east African people seems to be having a delayed culture

But once,the Muslim scientists have a great favor on whole the world by their inventions and discoveries long time ago...
