If you are concerned about the fat content of the pizza, you shouldn't be eating it. Try a different variety like 'farmer's market', 'vegetarian' or 'Mediterranean' style pizza in stead. They trade out the heavy cheese with lighter and more flavorful cheese and leave off the meat that rendered all that fat to begin with.
