There are a lot of bolts on the engine and we don't know what bolts your talking about, there are different torque specs all over the engine, I would say that you should go to the library and get a chiltons repair manual for your car and it will tell you the specs your looking for.

a better way is to change out the 8-1 pistons for a higher compresion ratio 9-1 10-1 11-1 12-1 ect call ross racing pistons they got em or wiseco
It's about 1,500 RPM.
From what I am told it will go with the help of an aftermarket K-member, but haven't found one online as of yet. I sure would like to get a definite answer to this question though.
