Google+ seems to be available already for anyone to join after its testing phase. To sign up just go to Google Plus' main page and click the sign-in button. Fill out all required information and you're done! You can start adding relatives and friends in to your circles.
1. Login to Google Plus.
2. Select the gear in the upper-right corner, then select Google+ settings.
3. Select Account overview on the left side, then click Delete profile and remove associated social features.
4. Select Delete Google+ content, check the Required box, and finally click Remove selected services.
No one on Google Plus can see what websites you visit.
In fact, Google itself cannot see your complete browsing history. The only information that Google records is what you search for, and which links you click on. However, this only occurs if you are signed into either Google+ or has enabled Google web history.
Just to be extra safe, though, if you do not want anyone to see the websites you visit, either sign out of your Google account or use private browsing.
It will be checking what the age is and we will be wrongly giving the age when the phone is notn having charges.
In the top left corner of the app there should be the Google+ logo. Click on it and it will open a side menu. On the menu there should be a button called "hangout". Clicking on that will allow you to use the hangout feature of Google+ (AKA video chat).
One thing about Google+ is that it was not made to compete directly with Facebook. Some people prefer Google+, and others like Facebook better. The only way to tell is to try it for yourself.

Google+ is Google's own social media platform that allows users to connect in 'circles' and show appreciation via a +1. Originally the social site struggled to gain popularity however since the onset inclusion of social signals within search engine optimisation and the realisation that Google was naturally set to give its own social site prominence; G+ has witnessed significant growth.

After nearly 3 months of operation (September 2011), Google+ hit 50 million users, whereas it took other social networking sites more than 10 times the period.
On August 2011, comScore reported that G+ reached 25 million users and considered as the fastest growing website. By comparison, it took Facebook 3 years, and Twitter 30 months, to hit that number, comScore says.
As of November 28, 2012, Google Plus reportedly has over 400 million users.
Information on Google's services can be removed on the account settings. However, any personal information on the search engine cannot be removed by Google, as it only indexes the websites, and collects information. The easiest thing to do is to contact the site that shows the information (the site that shows up in Google searches).
A URL is an acronym for Uniform Resource Locator, in your internet browser you enter it in your address bar. It basically searches the internet for the server who's address corresponds to the address you typed in. For example, www.google.com is a URL. It searches for the "google" server on the world wide web, your browser requests information from the server, the server sends the information, and your browser displays it.
