He is trying to get over a love while living with you. It is over with her but I wonder sometimes if it is. I know I have to give him room to grieve but it is hard. How do I handle my jealousy?

Personally I don't think that it's healthy for you to be together. WHY? Because he is trying to forget about her and you are pretty much the rebound (no offense). You should be with someone that is not using you to forget about someone else. He is not ready to be in a relationship, it's normal for you to be jealous because you like this guy. I'm sure you like him since 1: you're with him even though he loves someone else 2: you're also living together.... Look from personal experience I would leave him and find someone else that is emotionally available. Hope everything works out fine :)
