In order for you to find your true self, you must first determine what life means to you.
You must ask yourself the following questions and make every effort to answer them.
Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going?
The key to finding oneself lies in the question of whether or not you are just living to die. Because every breath of life you take, you come one breath closer to death. So the time you spend bothered by what could or should be is time wasted in imagination and fantasy.
This virtual sphere within which we exist, is filled with thrills that can excite our every emotional physiology and psychology.
If you were to follow the discoveries of science in the fields of Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you would be amazed with the billions of interactive processes taking place in and around you every second.
If you were to scientifically look within your body you would discover that there is an entire universe of cells and organisms living and functioning within you.
You should learn of the billions of intelligent life-forms that you interface with every second of your life. When I speak of life-form I am actually referring to those intelligent entities (Nano Particles) which constitute the building blocks of our universe.
Your ability to interact with this universe and the various forms of energy around you depends on the work of these intelligent entities.
You are able to see, smell, taste, touch, hear, speak and move because of the intelligence of these micro particles. Waveforms such as light and sound are communicated to processors within your brain, which quantifies and categorizes the data for your appreciation.
Finding your true self therefore is your appreciation of every moment by making the most positive use of it because every breath of life you take you are one breath closer to death. So live right and do good always.

∙ 13y ago- All individuals have to find their real self, but they should realize that humans are not perfect and not strive to be perfect or they can miss out on life. Learn from experience and listen to others and watch good and bad behavior and decide what way you want your life to go. Most individuals are never satisfied with themselves and never really know what their real self is no matter how old they get. Example: A person can swim, but they are terrified of the water and may state to a friend that no matter what happens in the water they would be frozen from sheer fear. Perhaps sometime in that person's life someone may be drowning and without thinking they will swim out (unaware of their fear of water) and save that person's life. Individuals are always surprising themselves at what they can do if they want to do it bad enough. We all learn from those that makes good or bad 'imprints' on our life. Each person we meet no matter if the feelings are good or bad we are constantly learning and it is then up to the individual to learn what not to do and what to do to others in their life.
