Of course you can. If you burn more calories than you consume, you lose weight. It's as simple as that. I used to cut 10 pounds in a week for college Wrestling all the time. Lots of cardio and eating healthy- fruits and vegetables. Try eating only fruits and vegetables for a week and see how you feel. I guarentee you'll eat less when fruits and veggies are in front of you compared to a Pizza. Don't starve yourself. Eat til you feel full.
But to answer the question- yes, you can. I did it about a year ago.
Eat healthier and exercise more.
All pills are considered drugs. There are over-the-counter drugs that anyone can buy and there are drugs that you have to have a prescription from a doctor to get. Usually when someone speaks of taking drugs it is medication that is not prescribed to them.

Yes, taking diet pills without being under the supervision of a doctor can be bad for you.

u wanna lose weight? I think you dont have to. for your age i think its average..
intense exercise.
I do not personally think that it is not doing drugs, because you were feeling very bad, and you thought taking those pills will help you. Therefore it is not doing drugs.
You just won't have a period. but don't do that too often.
Yes. Condoms are not 100% effective.
You're probably pregnant, and no amount of birth control is going to reverse it.
Taking a laxative to get pills out of your system will not help avoid the actions of the pills. Most pills by time they get to your colon have already released their active ingredients. Some pills do not dissolve properly and are passed whole and without releasing their active components...cheap vitamins are notorious here. If you have diarrhea, these kinds of pills will leave your system quicker than they would have if you are constipated. If you think you are overdosing, you need to go to an ER. There are things they can do to counter the effects of the drugs.
