Try to only drink water, and do 1 hours excercise a day if not more. Try and go on the low-carb, low-calorie diet at th esame time to try and lose weight quickly, Have 150 calories for breakfast, 250 for lunch and 400 for supper. Avoid ALL Potatoes, Pastas, Rices and anything else that is white! You must not cheat otherwise your target will realy not happen. Cardio excersice is good to burn off Stomach fat. Dont eat cheese! Try and have things like chicken, Salads, lots of low-carb vegetables. Look on this website for good and bad foods
