Try relaxation techniques like meditation, yoga, and deep breathing exercises. Taking care of your body by eating healthy, exercising, and getting enough sleep can also help.
Good thing is going Temple and praying every day.. Do Meditation and Yoga every day without fail. A person can reduce his stress soon. Sleep for 8 hours a day and avoid watching TV for long hours. Smile and be happy. Take proper diet... control mind...think positive!!
Just stay relaxed and do work quick and in an easy manner to not stay back.Once a day sit in a room alone and quiet and try to meditate (Just take long breaths)and feel like U R a born baby with no work to do at all.Have cold drinks instead of tea or hot coffee/chocolate.Take some ice (raw) eat it it keeps you smart and reduces depression but remember you must be starving befor u eat ice or it would be useless and do not use ice in drinks it is also a bit harmful.
THANK U
HOPE THIS WILL BE HELPFUL

I don't think it is ever possible to totally prevent stress, but you can identify the things that cause the most stress for you and then correct them. Worried about too much work? Learn to manage your time well so you do as much as you can, then learn to delegate the things that you can't do. Worried about money? Make a budget, stick to it, and try to build up some savings in case hard times hit.
Life is stressful, but you can learn coping mechanisms to reduce what you worry about.
Prevent stress by doing physical exercise, breathing techniques and deciding to think positive thoughts. Stress has physical effects on the body that can be counteracted if one recognizes what they are.
Try not to burry your head in the sand as it will never go away. Try to overcome the problem with help and support if you can't do it on your own.
Key points:
1 - Have more time to yourself and relax
2 - Talk to somebody you can trust
3 - Prioritse your main problems and overcome them one by one
4 - Take advise and support
5 - Try not to mess up sleep pattern!
6- Try to think of all the happy things in life ( go to your happy place-beach, meadow) ....
You can reduce anxiety and stress, but you can't prevent it - these are normal parts of human life. However, debilitating anxiety and stress can be managed. Some useful tactics include: setting a stable routine and habits to make sure you don't forget things, maintaining organization in the house and at work, planning for contingencies such as a delayed bus or having to get gas on the way to work, etc.
If you have significant problems accomplishing normal tasks due to anxiety or stress issues, I would suggest seeking the help of a professional counselor or psychiatrist - you may be developing an anxiety disorder, and the faster you get help the better the treatment outcomes tend to be.
Here are some good relaxation techniques to help with stress, too:
Stress is a normal part of life, but people who are chronically stressed are at an increased risk for developing numerous health problems. One of the many things that people can do to reduce stress is exercise. When a person exercises, the body produces hormones called endorphins. Health experts call endorphins the feel good hormones because they have been shown to have a relaxing effect on the body. Experts recommend exercising for at least 30 minutes per day.
