On a 4 cyl., after removing the front tires you would need to loosen the calipers by untightening the bolts holding it on. You will need a large Allen wrench or a tool with a hex head at the end. The bolts will be located behind the caliper itself, make sure to turn them the right way believe me you can avoid a large amount of annoyance. After the calipers are removed the break pads should fall right out of them, be sure to flatten the piston back to the original position before attempting to replace the caliper. Also be sure to bleed your breaks after you replace the caliper, not very fun when you get back in the car and your breaks don't tighten up.
