I recently changed the filter in my 2000 MPV and, if the 2002 hasn't changed which I doubt it has, this seems, initially, to be an easy procedure. However, the filter box is situated in such a way as to make pulling the old out and putting the new in very difficult. Overall if you're half way decent with tools and know your way around a car you'll be able to do it in about 20 to 30 minutes vice 30 seconds for my other car, a Honda Civic. Geee Thanks for all the useful information,, Not. Please remove this as an answer, it's just a complaint and has no real value resolving the issue.
