It helps if you have a picture of a bird to look at while you draw. Start out by drawing simple shapes to mark where certain features will go, like a circle for the head triangle for beak ect. Then go in and slowly add the details and clean up your lines. Searching the internet for tutorials will help you as well.

Start by drawing a basic outline of how the body shape will be, It is easiet to do this a stick figure. Once this is done make the face like a tiger (tip: look at a tiger picture) add a tail and make all deatils.
