I would talk about melee weapons first then ranged weapons.

I'm not a blacksmith, but you can trust my ideas.

Sickle

Creating the Blade

1. You must have a furnace or a forge. Heat the metal (steel works well) to appropriate temperature. Heat for just enough time to be able to shape it easily. Take it out while you wear asbestos gloves.

2. Place the steel sheet on a blacksmith's anvil.

3. To create the elegant blade, use a factory-made steel cylinder. Press the steel onto the cylinder. Use a hammer to tap the metal to "wrap" the metal around the cylinder. Press the sickle blade to bend it outward to give the half-moon look. The blade should look like a small three-inch section of steel on the bottom, and a deadly, elegantly curved blade on the top. Then, if you want it flat, whack the top of the blade with hammer. If you fail to do this quick enough before the metal hardens, simply toss the metal back into the forge and redo it.

4.Quickly, with your asbestos gloves, hold the metal out the window. It will cool, with a hissing sound. Steps 2, 3, and 4 must be done very quickly to ensure success.

Making the Handle

1. Take stretch of twenty-inch long shark leather. Wrap it tightly around the straight edge of the blade manually.

2. Bound it tightly and taking the final nine or ten inches, poke it with a bendable needle (poke the leather with a thin, sharp knife if needed) and weave it through one opening in the wrap or leather. Then, poke the needle through, bend the needle through making sure the needle is not visible.

Congratulations! You created a Sickle! Let's move on.

Normal Blade

Making the Blade

1. Put the steel (use a plasma cutter for resizing the steel to half-inch thickness from side view and two inches from top view) in the forge, like you did for the sickle (Make sure it is one-and-a-half-feet long.). Basically, do step one for the sickle right now.

2. Next, use a sharpening knife and sharpen the edge of the blade. Pull it and push it into the sharp edge shape on all possible sides (keep sharp edge to two inches). Flatten the remaining sixteen inches of the blade if you want more cutting damage. This process must be done quickly.

Making the Handle

1. Take a steel block (1 1/2x1 1/2x9 inches) about an inch thick from side view. Toss it in the forge for the necessary time, except, keep it in there for another five minutes.

2. Take it out and place it on the anvil.

3. Wearing your asbestos gloves, grip the metal handle and hold it firmly. The metal will shape to you grip.

4. Cut a slit in the steel three inches deep with a stiff thin metal sheet two inches wide from top view and and half inch from side view. Make the slit wide enough for the blade to fit through, make sure it is a loose fit. Slip the blade into the slit to ensure that it was done correctly. Hold it outside after checking to cool. These metalworking processes must be done quickly, or failure to achieve the creation may follow.

5. Now, you need to weld the metal. Take a small amount of thick melted steel. Drip it into the gaps the sword left. Hold the sword upright (sharp end of blade pointing up)

Congrats! You have created a sword!

Battle Axe

Making the Blade

1. Take a quarter-inch sheet of steel metal (7x4). Toss it in your forge.

2. Take it out after enough time. Round the top (Top at length of 7 inches) with the cylinder used in the creation of the sickle. It should look as if parentheses would fit on the top.

3. Use the hammer to flatten the four-inch edge. Using a bendable metal sheet, cut a small 2x1 inch rectangle in the right side of the blade (the real cutting blade you made with the hammer should be facing left on the anvil.). Make the square about an inch from the right edge.

4. Hold the blade outside while wearing your asbestos gloves.

Assembly

5. Take a small wooden log 5 inches in circumference and one-and-a-half-feet in length/height. Cut a slit four inches long and one inch deep.

6. Jam the undisturbed four inch side into the the slit.

Attaching

7. Here's the hard part. Take a thick one-inch rope. Make sure it is four to five inches long and weave it through the rectangle. Tie it. The loose ends should be on the outside away from the blade, like a sideways U rotated clockwise 90 degrees.

Congrats! You made a Battle Axe! Let's continue.

Warhammer *This is relatively easy*

Hammer

1. Take a block of metal, any size desired. Put it in the forge for the necessary amount of time. Leave it to cool on the anvil.

Assembly

2. Then, stick a small log ten inches long and three inches (pinecone wood preferrably is what I use. You can choose.) in circumference.

Attaching

3. Put the metal block attached to the log outside. The metal will cool and fuse to the wood.

Congrats! You made a Warhammer! Let's move on to ranged weapons.

Classic Bow and Arrow

Bow

1. Take a piece of mulberry wood about a five-and-a-half feet long and three inches wide and one inch thick.

2. With a marker, mark out the shape and size desired. It may look like this; { or simply this; (

3. Carve it out carefully with a small blade. Use a sliding motion. It may take an hour or more based on expertees.

3. Create a tiny hole three millimeters in circumference. This will hold your string.

4. Cut notches to hold your string at the ends.

String

1. Take a thin strip of twine long enough to fit in your bow length. If your bow is two feet from edge to edge, the twine should be about two-and-a-quarter feet long.

2. Tie it. To secure them onto the notches, tie it like a shoelace knot. It should be straightforward. Ensure that you have tied it stiffly.

Arrow

1. Get some thin, pre-cut mullen wood. If needed, cut it yourself with a knife, and follow the sliding motion. Make sure that you make fine, thin cuts, and make the cuts as small as you can.

2. To fashion an arrowhead, take a block of juniper wood about 5x5x5 inches. The simplest arrowhead is simply a carved point on the front of the arrow shaft. You can whittle such a point with a knife and then fire harden it by gently heating it in coals (again, be careful not to burn or scorch the wood). Cut a hole one inch into the bottom of the arrowhead. (the base should look like this: /|_|\) Arrowheads can be made from metal, stone, glass, or bone.

3. Add the same base (/|_|\) to the bottom of the comepleted arrow, using the same fitting technique from Step 2.

EXTRAS

Fire Arrow

1. You can make a fire arrow. Do everything to make the arrow for the Classic one, but instead of a wooden base, make a metal one. It still must look like this: /|_|\

2. Drip some gasoline or kerosene around the tip. Light the arrow with a match. Flames should flare to life.

3. Shoot it. The target should catch fire violently.

Water Arrow

1. Do everything to make the Classic arrow, but attach a small balloon filled with freezing water. This will make your enemy injured and freezing cold. Just a little something I whipped up myself.

Double Arrow (technique)

1. Fashion two Classic arrows.

2. Make your hand into a 90 degree shape, bending down your fingers completely. Hold them between your fingers firmly (one arrow should be between the index and middle finger. The other should be between your middle finger and your ring finger.)

3. Pull back steadily until your fingers meet the /|_|\ base on the free end of the arrow and fire.

Congrats! You created the classic bow and arrow, and a multitude of melee weapons! I hope my info was helpful.
