Go to a parts store and pick up a glue kit made just for that; Follow the directions. MAKE SURE you glue that mounting plate on the right way---with smaller part of bevel to the glass!
Go to Auto parts/supply store or glass store and get special adhesive made for that and reattach
pick up one of the rear view mirror adhesive kits from an auto parts store. follow instructions closely and u can do it in about 10 minutes.

You can get a mounting kit from the parts store, the metal piece comes out of the mirror by loosening an allen screw, glue the mount to the window as per instructions and when it is set slide the mirror on and tighten set screw.
