There is a screw near the mirror controls. Pop the gray covers off of the door handle, and remove those two screws. Lift up the arm rest on the door. There are 4 screws, 3 for the arm rest, and the 4th is the one that isn't spaced evenly. it is closest to the frame.
Unlock the door and screw off the metal cap of the lock.
Also, there are 2 screws that are hidden. take a flathead screwdriver and run it around the area by the trunk and fuel door buttons. it should be directly below the very first screw. The next screw is along the bottom of the door, about 1 inch. if you are having problems finding these screws, pull on the panel until the plastic screws come out. you should be able to get a idea of where they are by the resistance left.
There are a total of 5 screws.
