I could not find a good description on how to do this (for free). I eventually wound up at www.carstereoremoval.com. I'm not promoting their site, but it gave excellent directions on removing the door trim--I wouldn't have been able to do it without their photos and directions. It cost me about $5, but was worth it.

the fuse chart is behind the panel on the driver side. Open the driver side door and on the side of the dash is a panel with a finger "hole" to remove it. Under the panel is a folded up paper with the fuses and were they are, and what they are for. This is for a US model.
