Have a look at http://volkswagen.msk.ru/ A lot of this site is in English and you will be able to find your way around ok; you would be downloading full VW (American) manuals! (pdf format) In my 2001 Passat and I think on all models, the fuse locations are usually printed on embossed on the back of the fuse box cover.
