Go to an autoparts store and purchaser a panel removal ttol and it should be a flat metal that looks like a small spatula with a slot in the end. Slide the tool under the edge of the panel and pry up carefully. The retaining pins are suposed to slide in the slotted end of the tool and will pop out as you work your way around the panel. Be careful because power locks and windows will have wiring going to them which needs to be disconnected before the panel can be completely removed. The handle for the door must be pulled through the panel as it is removed also. Once you do it once the next time it will be a breeze.
