Start with a lot of patience. Two screws need to be removed out of the arm rest. The plastic cover around the door handle needs to be removed. It has 4 plastic tabs that click onto the plastic door handle assembly. One on each side I use a small screw driver to move the tab away from the door handle. Once you get three it should slip off. Then as many as 8 plastic pins hold the panel down. Go along the side of the door and when you find a pin insert a large screw driver and pry it out. Once all the pins are pulled out from the door then you need to grab the panel on each side and lift up. The panel is set in place on a lip at the top of the door by the window. Then disconnect the wires at the connectors to the switches or speakers on the door panel.
