The Chevrolet Silverado speakers are replaced by first unscrewing two black hexhead screws, the first located in the door corner of the handle used for closing the door. The second screw is located underneath the door lock, mirror adjuster, and window opener/closer buttons located together on a pad that is taken out by lifting up the outer edge and pulling it up and out. Disconnect the switches and take the screw out. Next, pull out the trim piece that surrounds the door handle and slide it off over the door handle. The entire door paner lifts upward and outwards, but use care to keep the panel close to the door until the courtesy light, door lock, window, and mirror buttons are disconnected from their switches. These connections are the typical automotive electrical switch push lock types that slide out once unlocked by pushing them down. At this point, the entire door panel comes off revealing the 6 1/2 " speaker. The speaker is easily taken out by pressing down and pulling outward on the top of the barcket that holds the speaker in place. The speaker can then be disconnected from its electrical connection. The plastic bracket that holds the speaker in is glued to the speaker, and unless a factory speaker is used to replace the unit, one may have to pull the bracket off of the old speaker, and glue it to the new speaker. Factory OEM speakers will come with the bracket already attached, and with a foam protector on front of the speaker. The part number is 15038566. Reassemble by connecting the speaker switch and replacing the speaker and bracket. Hold the door panel up to the door, connect the courtesy light and replace the door panel by sliding its lower plastic slide guides into their slots, then hold the panel close to the door and slide the panel down until it snaps into place. Replace the two black hexhead screws. Make sure the door lock, window and mirror electrical connectors are easily within reach and connect them to the pad of buttons. Slide the pad in and down until it snaps into place. Replace the trim around the door handle.

For the front speakers your gonna have to take the door panels off to get to all the wiring and everything and for the back ones you should just be able to take the plastic cover off and replace them
I believe In the silverado door panel the steel mesh that surrounds the speakers should easily pop out with a flat head screw driver, then if you unscrew the four screws around the speaker you can drop them out threw the hole to work or replace them.
The parts should fit.
