There is a black shroud covering your access to the back of the turn signals. Using a small flat screwdriver, pry the4 plugs (that look like screws) out of the fasteners that they are setting in. Pull the fasteners out of the shroud. You can now remove the shroud to gain access to the backs to the signal assemblies. Turn the socket assemblies to release them from the lens assemblies. The bulbs will just pull out of the socket assemblies. Reverse order to re-assemble.
