This car only has one flasher which is located on the right side of the drivers area under the lower dash cover. It has a yellow plug that is quite obvious. However, if your left signal lights are not working, your problem is more likely to be the wiring connector from the dash panel where your turn signal switch is located to the main harness behind it. Before doing anything else, try pushing on the black plastic cover surrounding your instrument cluster on the left side above the signal light switch. If your lights start working, you've found your problem.
If all bulbs are good, You need a New Flasher. Gabriel (Purto Rico).
The flasher is a rectangular unit located under the dashboard on the "kick" panel, to the left of the driver's left foot.

You need to replace the turn signal flasher; turn on the left side and follow the clicking sound. Even though one side works, a faulty flasher can cause this problem.

My flasher in my1987 and 1992 Lesaber was way up under the dash over the left side of the steering wheel. The lower flasher was for the four way flasher and the higher one was to the turn signals. Mine was in very tight quarters.
