If you're sending it from your phone all you need to do is when you're sending the text with the picture in it then just use your e-mail address instead of a number.
If you're sending it from your computer to your e-mail (for some odd reason) then just add the picture as an attachment.
If your uploading them from your camera to the computer you need a cord that you attach to you camera and then up to your computer after it is attached a box will pop up, press "Upload Pictures" and it should.
It`s best to convert the images to a small data size format first, like Jpg. This way they won`t be huge and take forever to up and download. Program like Irfanview (free) can do this easily, just open the image in Irfanview then click File, Save As, and choose the jpg format. Once converted create a zipped folder (compressed)(right click open spot, select New-zipped folder) and drag & drop the images into it. In your email client, start the email to the person you want to send them too, and then use the Attach File option to attach the images. Most of the clients have tyhat option in the right click menu, right click the body of the message, cliack Attach File, browse to your zipped folder and choose it. Or it will be in the main menu bar options, either the File, or Edit list, you have to find that one yourself but it isn`t hard. Once the folder is attached to the message, it should show up in the message header section in the Attachment line as the file path to your zip folder, if it`s there then you can send it off.
