First off, check your diet, ditch the soda, candy and cookies for apples, bananas, and carrots. This may seem like a very hard thing to do but once you get past the first few days it is hard to go back (I know from experience).
Secondly, make sure to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Take up a sport of just make it a goal to walk around the block a few times when you need a break from your homework.
Finally, to really tone your abs, I would suggest doing bridges, planks, or Popsicles (they are all the same just different names). It is an easy exercise that is very similar to a push up but you rest your weight on your elbows and toes then hold your body flat for about 30 seconds to 1 min. Do about 5-10 of those and make sure to give yourself at least a day's rest before going back to exercising.
you might also want to look up "cross training"
Good luck,
Zilduli
P.S. Don't be surprised if your stomach feels a little sore the day after "planking" this is natural and has to be dealt with, just don't let anyone punch you in the stomach, it will REALLY hurt
If you truly are 17 and 5'4 weighing 65lbs. YOU NEED HELP! I'm 5'5 and used to weigh 113lbs and now since my last baby wweigh 120lbs. Yeah, I feel flabby, but I lift weights, walk and so on to help with this. You need a healthy diet and tone up your muscles! Loose any more weight and you will blow away!
push-ups,curl-ups,stretching,hogging,walking...and maybe eating healthier foods like green veggies or fresh fruits, eat less oily foods and sweets...and drink less soda which has way too much sugar and fat!
You can work your ab mussels by doing crunches and sit ups.
Yes
A height for a girl weighing 70 kilos (around 154 pounds) should be around 5'7" and 5'9" in order to be considered healthy.
Any amount, look at saturated fat, that is how to keep flat belly, so about 18g for boy and 13g for girl
The girl arrived first, weighing 5 pounds, 7 ounces. Her boy is 6 pounds.
When your pregnent your belly button will most likey go flat or pop out ( also know as an outie) you can get an outie or go flat if it is a boy or girl. most women go to back to there normal belly button after about a month or less but some women stay outies afterwards.

The male has a hollow belly shield, while in females it is flat. And males have longer tales than females.
If a girls belly is lower its a girl . and if a girls belly is higher then its a boy. that's how you can tell if its a boy or girl just by looking at her belly.
As big as this girl i know...her name is LEDA and she is a BEAST!!! at least 300 pounds!
This type of girl should weigh around 90 pounds because it is the perfect description of me! (not that I do weigh 90 pounds)
