What would you like to do?
This question is being asked over, and over, and over, and over, and over again. The law in all states is different. Some states give an age, some states give a height and weight formula. YOU will have to check the DMV regulations of YOUR own state!

You only have to be 10 years of age or older and the height of 4foot 9inches. The new president, Obama has made a law that this was the right answer to all people in New York …State.
Tall enough to see the close road.
It is not "age" that determines this ... more so "height" and "weight". State laws differ, but there are minimal height requirements for children using the regular seat be…lts in auto's and trucks.
You can ride in a booster seat when you're two years old. You have to stop at age 8. In the UK it is 133cm tall or their 12th Birthday before they can stop using a boos…ter seat.
To get out a booster seat you have to be at least 4 feet 9 inches
All children under the age of 12 will have to use some form of child car seat, unless they are taller than 135cm (4ft 5in).
according to state law, you have to be atleast 11 years old and 57 inches tall
I tried to get my pa to ride in the booster seat because he is gettin' kinda short in his old age but he just refuses. You think your 5-year old is stubborn? You ain't never d…ealt with pa.
It is the law that a child is out of the buster seat at age 8 and if they weigh over 30 pounds ANOTHER VIEW: There is no uniform nationwide law. The requirement for thiis chan…ges from state-to-state. The only way to be certain is call your local DMV or law enforcement agency and ask.
From about the age of 4 and weigh 40 pounds to at least age 8.
90 pounds at least I found out.
In Child Safety
there is no age limit . the child must be 1.5 metres tall
In Child Safety
it depends mostly on weight and size, usually by 6 or 7 they might be tall enough or weigh enough to be out of one. look to your car seat for the shoulder height and weight. :…)
It's usually determined by a child's height, not age. Once they pass 4'5" (in my municipality) they no longer have to ride in a car seat.
If you are still the age that you have to sit in a car seat then you can but you have to be taller than the airbag
