Buyer has 7 days to claim for refund therefore during these 7 days the money is not withdrawable by seller. In case buyer claims to refund LETVC team will consider the request and based on LETVC rules and regulations, request will be approved or rejected and money will be refunded or released to seller. It is very important to receipt for your McDonalds food AND the product IN-HAND for a supervisor/ manager to even be concern be able to give you a refund. Under NO circumstances can a supervisor and/or manager give you a refund without a receipt/ proof of purchase and product in-hand, it is against McDonalds Corporate Policy. If the specific McDonalds you are trying to get a refund from is unwilling to give you a refund even if you have the product/ food and your receipt, I would strongly consider contacting the owner/ franchiser of that McDonalds. The owner/ franchiser have more direct say in what goes in their restaurant.
