First question I would ask you is; Is your business operating in a "right-to-work" state? If so, your problem is solved before it ever starts. Second; Is she the only employee impacted by cut hours, or are other employees also being cut back? THird: Is she the only female employee that you have on staff? If not, as a general rule, how do you treat your other female employees?
