If you're in a wheelchair, you can only lose weight for you stomach in 2 ways. 1.Go anorexic... 2.Liposuction... Maybe you can lose the weight in less than 6 hours =) Another answer I strongly disagree with the previous answer. People in Wheelchairs CAN exercise and through proper diet, they CAN lose weight. There are several exercise videos that can be purchased to help with a routine. Google "exercise in wheelchairs" OR "Exercising with Disability" any form of those phrases should get you to a site that can be helpful. There's no set weight loss to expect or time table to go by, everyone is different regardless of being physically capable or not.
