I assume by "activity" you mean exercise...The recommendations are a little all over the place. The answer also might be based on a weight loss regimen. If you are trying to loose weight then probably, want to aim for a hour of vigorous exercise per day 5-6days out of 7. Resistance training is an important part of that exercise pattern and should take up 2 or 3 days. Vigorous exercise gets your heart pumping at about 70-80% of its maximum calculated capacity.
If you are trying to just maintain maybe as little as 20 min. 5 days a week is enough. Again, try to make it vigorous. And do 2-3 days as resistance training.
You should at least do a good 30 minutes. For kids and teens, the recommended amount is 60 minutes.
(see related link)
The government recommendation is 1 hour a day, I would say above 2 hours is bad for you if you are not active regularly.
depends on your weight, lolz but 30 minuts i think!
At LEAST forty five minutes a day. But you should get more if you can.
Recommended is 30 mins of exercise (increased heart rate of 100-120+)

How much a person should eat will depend on their height, current weight, age, and amount of physical activity, but should range between 1200 and 2200 calories per day.
The CDC recommends that children and adolescents should get 60 minutes or 1 hour of physical activity every day.
