I actually think that a 13 year old boy or girl should have atleast an hour of exercise a day.
I consume that time with 20 situps, 10 squats and some stretches.
And if I'm in the mood i run about a mile, half mile.
Keep up that for about 2 months and you should really see a difference!(:
hey, honestly you can work out every day if you want, but i would keep it to:
running
pushups
and sit ups
and you can do those every day
maybe run a mile or a half a mile every day
do 100 push ups a day
and 200 situps a day
you'll notice a difference! That person has a good idea! This summer I have been walking/jogging five and a half miles a day and doing 100 crunches or sit ups or whatever you want to call them. You begin to notice a difference! It will start off slow, but it pays off.
Everyone should be doing at least 2 hours a week.
Everyone, regardless of age or gender, should exercise regularly, whether it be at the gym, or just in sports and outdoor activities. Most people would readily agree that one should exercise everyday.
personally i have VERY LOW self esteem (im thirteen) i honestly think im ugly and fat! So, i decided to make a difference during the summer and stick to it. i lost 10 pounds (which is a lot cuz i was somewhat thin) , and now im happy and no one says amtoo skinny. im about 5'6 i think and what i did EVERYDAY is here ::::
15 pushups
20 jumping jacks
ran around my block once or twice
2-5 pushups(cuz i honestly cannot do them)
held myself on my leg and arm & helf for 10 seonds (1 on each)
maybe a bit of streching
tried a few cartwhels
picked a song and danced to it without stopping until it ended
practiced the splitz too!!
TIPS
i know it doesnt sound like a lot but if u think your fat IT IS A LOT lol . the averagekid is supposed to have 60 minutes-2 hours of activite per day but honestly no kid or teen i know..does that! and also if you get disouraged or bored. find a friend!(i picked friends that were skinnyer than me s that helped keep me going) or if not a friend. print off a picture of a person with a really nice body and keep looking at it.
it all depends on how in shape you are. Or otherwise I would say like a half hour to an hour every day or if you have a busy schedule like me, a half hour when you have free time! :~)
