You can lose around 5kg-15kg. I say around 10 kg normally, if you follow this diet. Losing weight is all about eating less, if you eat breakfast and lunch, but not dinner, you can lose 10 kg per month. However, watch your calories, don't intake over 600 calories per day. And stop eating anything pass 2pm. Good luck!
