You don't. That's dangerous, not to mention impossible.

You should diet gradually, allowing a whole month for every 4 to 8 pounds you want to lose.

Here's a program for the period in which you want to lose weight:

Plenty of moderate aerobic exercise, no sweetened liquids at all, and no junk food at all. Preferably no sugar, and as little added salt and processed foods as possible. Eat 3 not-large-portioned meals/day; do not skip breakfast; and avoid sweet snacks. Limit your calories (better to consult a doctor or nutritionist concerning the amount), and weigh yourself 2-3 times/week. Ignore the sensation of hunger. If you see your weight diminishing at a safe, reasonable rate (1-2 pounds/week), keep it up.

Once you've reached your target weight, increase your calorie intake somewhat. And you can then have small amounts of sweetened foods or junk food on occasion (if at all), along with your regular foods (not instead of them). But keep checking your weight 2-3 times/week.

Avoid crash diets, diet pills etc. Avoid fatty cuts of meat. Walk as much as possible. Bicycling and swimming are good too.

More guidelines:

Don't concentrate on specific foods so much as on a balanced, healthy diet plus exercise. Plenty of moderate exercise rather than intense exercise, which can damage your joints.

Good nutrition means eating what your body needs, while ingesting as few harmful things as possible. It has also been described as getting enough of each of the major food categories (grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy, etc.; plus plenty of water).

This will vary somewhat from one person to another; and I don't believe that there's any universal diet that can be prescribed for everyone. Avoid best-sellers with their perennial fad diets. And think twice before using any dietary supplements or weight-loss pills.

In general, one's starting point can be a menu of whole grains, whole-wheat bread, a good amount of vegetables, some fruits and nuts, fish, lean meats (in not-large amounts), and some dairy. However, this must be tweaked according to one's health, weight and other factors at the outset; and also adjusted over time, as one sees what works for him/her in particular.

Also...whenever you feel queasy, nauseous, constipated or otherwise not completely well, try to remember what you've eaten over the last several hours or the last day. This is one method of adjusting one's food habits.

So you're in that crisis that you think you're fat and want to lose some weight. You've tried EVERYTHING from taking in less calories, to exercising all the time. So here is a trick to burning some fat.

Lots of people say they lost weight by some ridiculous, practically impossible way to lose pounds, (eating absolutely no calories, lipo suction, etc.) But you need an easier, less expensive way to shed those extra pounds.

People say that in order to lose weight, you need to eat barely any calories, 800 at the most. When I heard this, I knew it would be practically IMPOSSIBLE. Most of our tasty snacks and meals are at least 200 calories, maybe even more. So it really doesn't seem fair to give up the pleasure of eating just to lose some weight.

What you need to do instead of taking in less calories, take in less fat. That's right. No fat. Now think about it...What kind of milk do you drink? Whole, 2%? What? If it's not fat free, that's some extra weight you're going to be gaining.

Now, it's not healthy to automatically stop eating fat, plus, you need some time and practice to get used to it. Start making "cuts". These cuts you make will be cutting fatty foods out of your diet.

For example, when I tried this diet, I'd been eating a peanut butter sandwich everyday for lunch. When I looked at the Nutrition Facts, holy crap! There were over 20 grams of fat! So it was bye-bye peanut butter and hello fat-free soup.

The other cuts were simple. Instead of drinking regular ice tea or lemonade, I had diet, (don't worry. You get used it the taste!) Since I LOVE mayonnaise, I started having the Light Mayonnaise instead of full fat. Ice cream was another thing I cut from full fat to fat free.

Now you may be wondering about calories. It turns out that low fat foods are usually low calories, too. But they're not ridiculous so you still have some energy to use. But it you're really worried, just going for a simple jog can burn some calories.

I hope this helped and that you try this diet!! :)
What you should do is drink a lot of water and not eat at all junk food like cake, soda ,chips, and sugary cereals . Also what you should do is do a lot of exercises and do not forget to eat veggies and limit your calorie intake.

You can lose weight fast by exercising on a daily basis. RUNNING and WATER are two of the most basic elements that can be used to lose weight. Make sure you are eating healthy, eliminate all fatty substances, like fast food, and run on a daily basis. You should drink as much water as you can, for it helps you lose weight: try to at least aim for 8 glasses of water a day.
You should cut out sweets and snacks and excercise. also you shouldn't eat just cuz u r board! :/

How many pounds can you lose in 30 days if you are 5' 7 and weigh 184 pounds?

It all depends on how harsh your diet and exercise plan is, but for a sustainable result don't expect to drop more than one pound/week - so 4-6 pounds would be reasonable.

How do you lose 30 pounds in 5 days?

There is no way you can take 30 pounds off in less than a week. Best you can do, and keep it off, is 2 pounds a week. The first 5-8 pounds is water weight and then the real weight comes off little by little, but 30 pounds is impossible.
