Leaking coolant can be from many areas. On the 2.2 Turbo used in your Daytona, there isn't anything above the valve cover, but it could be leaking from the head/block mating surface, due to a blown headgasket or a warped cylinder head. Also the turbo vehicles have coolant feed and drain lines going to and from the turbo, checkout the connections on the turbo for leaks and also on the thermostat housing and the rear of the block where it feeds.
Finally, check all hoses on the radiator and the rad itself for any leaks or even a cracked head or block for coolant leaks.
there is no water mixed with the oil but have antifreeze coming out of the exhaust
look for antifreeze coming out of the radiator as the engine warms up after a cold start.
I had the same exact problem with my 2001 Durango...just got it check out and I was told it was the water jacket plugs. hope this helps
Once your vehicle is warmed up, if you have antifreeze coming out of the overflow you have too much in your radiator.
Leaking heater core
Replace the thermostat gasket.
Pretty much has to be a blown head gasket.
Your heater core has failed.
Internal engine antifreeze leak what else could cause besides headgasket? there is no antifreeze in the oil it is clean
The nipple next to the heater core hoses is the drain tube for the a/c . The antifreeze is coming from the heater core , that is leaking .
Probably - your head gasket is blown. Antifreeze will be coming out of the tail (exhaust) pipe.
it could most likely be a blown head gasket
