If it is your first day of middle school and you meet a girl you really like how do you tell her?

You don't.
Just introduce yourself, tell her you noticed how nice her dress/hairstyle/etc. is and move on. "Before this not so exciting class begins, I just wanted to say how stunning you look in that great dress"
Or something to that effect.
Don't be crude ("What a nice rack!") but as long as you're not that, the important thing is that she understands she has been complimented, accepted, and liked. That is all.
Beginning of class could be perfect as it limits the length of discussion. And she'll get to think about it all class period "Wow, who is this guy. He just gets more and more interesting as this class goes by and I realize how little I know about him."
And over time, you can get to know her. Although hormones dictate that women seem like another species, they aren't and are after the same stuff. To be accepted, compliments, etc.
The first post wasn't bad advice, but I'd like to add that you should try being friends before you start dating. Don't worry about a long term relationship until you're at least in high school. Also don't jump into a relationship as soon as you have started school. Allow time to get to know others in school, you may find someone you like even more

Girls are very good at giving hints. Alot of time in middle school, a girl will try to be your friend first. Maybe ask you for a pencil or an answer on your homework. Or if the girl texts you alot, and seems interested in what you are doing at the time, may be a hint she really likes you.
