If the head gasket on your '92 Nissan Sentra with 180 thousand miles is leaking do you just need to reseal it?

I had a 1982 Nissan Sentra That had a bad head gasket at about 130,000 miles. Yes you can do it, but you are just putting off the inevitable. That particular year model is widely known to begin with head gasket problems and it just gets worse. I would advise you to unload it as soon as you can because you don't need what's coming down the road. I'm a Nissan fan so don't everybody start saying I'm anti-Nissan. I you owned this particular year model for any length of time, YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!
