If you get pregnant while on the pill would you miss your period and is that how you would tell that you're pregnant?

Hello. If you became pregnant while on the pill you would still experience pregnancy symptoms. Your period would be lighter or you would have spotting instead of a normal period. If you do become pregnant while on the pill you need to stop using Birth Control pills as these are high rish to the unborn baby. Best thing to do is see your doctor for a blood test.

You would also be experiencing pregnancy symptoms. The only way to find out if you are indeed pregnant is by doing a pregnancy test or by having a pregnancy blood test. The blood test is the most accurate way of finding out if you're pregnant.

In general if you have your period you are not pregnant. You can take a home pregnancy test if you are unsure.
