Bondi is arguably the most famous beach in Australia, definitely Sydney. As far as Surfing goes it is pretty good for waves, but very crowded.
The surf is pretty comparable all up the New South Wales coast. There are also some great breaks further south around Victoria and South Australia. The west coast is also great if you want to get off the beaten path. Like most things in life, it is what you are looking for. If you want surfing lessons, some of the Sydney beaches are great places for lessons. If you are experienced some of the beaches outside Sydney up the coast are great to get away from the crowds.
* Bondi Beach is just very famous. However, as previously mentioned in the answer for this question - it is EXTREMELY crowded and you know what this means if you want to surf. Don't just rely on it because it is the most widely used name when discussing available places and beaches to spend your vacation on.
If you are looking for a silent, clean and less crowded place to enjoy surfing and totally dedicate yourself to this particular activity and hobby then avoid Bondi Beach.
Hawaii's Waikiki Beach
A beachie is another term for a beach break, a term used in surfing for a place where waves break at a beach.

There are many places to go wetsuit surfing. The best would be in California, specifically in Newport Beach or in San Diego. One can also go wetsuit surfing in Hawaii.
The beach
Virginia beach is a lovely place to take a vacation at. The water is very clean and the sand is a shimmering white. There are often fun games like volleyball going on there, and other beach sports such as surfing and diving.

Yes, Youtube is the best place. I watched them all on there.
No, Tampa is not a great surf area. During hurricanes (when you shouldn't really be out there) some surfable swells do come up. Skimboarding is a much more popular water sport in the Tampa area. If you are looking for surfing, it is better to head over to the other coast. Areas like Cocoa Beach are better known for their surfing conditions.
Hawaii
you can get one in a place called city beach or some other skate shops
It's one of the most popular, and one of the most beautiful buildings anywhere. You also have Darling Harbor and Bondi Beach. And that's just the beginning. Sydney is a great city.
