Well in my opinion they have a great bond and Naruto seems to love Sasuke in a brotherly way and Sasuke the same.
But Kishimoto's favorite paring is SasuNaru as stated by him in his interview and even the latest chapter of Naruto when him and Sasuke meet it looks like hes the only one that ccan get him rilled up like that and it looks like Sasuke has only vision for Naruto even though the rest of the team was there in my opinion they have the most proof but who knows
In my oppinion they are "soul mates" they have an extreme bond. One that usually doesnt happen. He is totally fixated on him and Sasuke even tried to break that bond but left in the OVA. Soul mates dont have to be romantic they can be friends or even your brother or sister. It just usually goes to romantic since the emotions run sky high. Naruto keeps getting beat down by Sasuke and keeps wanting him. Its like love in a way... they have this love-hate-friend-enemy kind of relationship... very complicated to explain.
