No, carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, mostly from burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas), have been building up in the atmosphere and adding heat to the planet. The extra heat that this is creating has been melting the ice, which usually reflects the Sun's rays back into the atmosphere. Because it is melting, more of them are being absorbed by the planet, making the temperature warmer.
People should respect the planet Earth far more than they do as of now. Earth is our home, we must cherish it as if it were our child.

∙ 8y agoNo. All the countries of the world have met in Paris and agreed on measures to slow global warming. It is impossible that the whole world is involved in a fraud, or that every government in the world is conspiring to defraud its own citizens.
