You don't say how old you are or what sex you are but your Body Mass Index (24.6)is at the upper limit of normal if you are an adult. As long as you are fit with some muscle mass you are not overweight.

The latest thinking also suggests that your waist mesurement should be less than half your height, in your case 30 inches.
