Is the Pacific Ocean north or south of the equator?
The Pacific Ocean is on the north and south of the equator. This is true of the Atlantic Ocean as well.

As Hawaii is north of the equator it is therefore in the north pacific. It has been said that Hawaii is central pacific but, unless she is straddling the equator, this cannot… be.
Of the classical 4 oceans, only the Arctic Ocean (in the north) does not extend across the equator. However, under the 5-ocean model, the Southern Ocean around Antarctica is… also only on one side of the equator (south). The Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans all cross the equator.
The Southern Ocean and the Arctic Ocean.
Europe is the country that is north of the equator. No part of the country of Europe touches the Pacific Ocean.
Atlantic ocean has a lower average temperature
Hawaii is more Northern than Southern, although some people call it Central Pacific.
No it's west.
depending on how far away from the equator you go in either direction North or south, it will be equally warm and cold, depending on the season, but the closer to the equa…tor you are the warmer it is.
north pacific ocean
I dont know ok?i was answering!
clockwise above the equator, and counter clockwise below the equator. you can see this if in the sink!
Neither, the equator is slap bang in the middle of the equator.
The Indian Ocean meets Australia's western coast, whilst the South Pacific meets the eastern coast.
Wouldn't it be the Arctic Ocean? Or the Southern Ocean, Most likely the Arctic.
