On 1993 Mazda miata what is the moulding called at the base of the windows where can you find them how do they come off?

This answer is applicable to all Mazda Miatas from 1990-2005, and it is the same factory piece across all years:

What is the moulding called?It is generally referred to as Front Beltline / Belt Line Moulding. On a Mazda Miata, it is held in by 4 plastic clips and a covered screw at each end of the moulding. How do they come off?

1. Roll down the windows for best access to work.
2. Open the door and at the end of the moulding you'll see a rubber flap. If you gently left this, you'll see the 1st screw.
3. The second screw is at the other end by the mirror, it is easy to spot if you follow the moulding.
4. You're then ready to gently pry and lift the moulding straight up from the clips.
5. Start at one edge. Each of the four clips has a small push-button tab in the middle to help release it.
