Ponyboy Curtis is a very emotional and sensitive kid. He's 14, and no matter what, he sticks up for his gang. He and Johnny become good friends while they're on the run from the "fuzz". Ponyboy always cares about how everyone else feels, and is not a self-centered person. He is a thinker, and gets good grades in school. He always does what's best for the group.
He, unlike most of the greasers, hasn't been in a bind with the police(same for his brothers) and has a good head on his shoulders, he strives and school is for his background looked down upon by people who aren't greasers. Ponyboy from The Outsiders I'm guessing is sensitive, he does well in school, sometimes he doesn't think, he likes chocolate cake, his eyes are green, he loves his hair, he hates boloney, he likes Soda better than Darry, he's not very tough, he likes reading, watching sunsets, smoking, he's on the school track team, he's the youngest in his gang...and a lot more.
Visually:
-he has grey eyes but would rather have them green
-brown/blonde hair sliked back with grease
-long hair
-usually wears jeans and a shirt
Personality/hobbies:
-quiet and to-himself
-enjoys reading, drawing and watching movies
-likes hanging out with johnny and soda
etc...
i like popeyes chicken wings, especially their poutine. i go to blah blah black sheep elementary school in tire, Ontario, Canada. and pony boy curtis is defenitely a boy. he is not a girl. he is surely a boy. his brothers darry and sodapop are also boys. they are not girls. they are boys.
hope i answered your question! :)
Light brow hair that is almost red. His hair is longer than most greasers. (he later dyes it blonde and cuts it later in the book) He has grayish-green eyes
Ponyboy, the narrator of "The Outsider" is a 14 year old boy. He is book smart, but he lacks common sense.
he was a smart boy. liked watching sunsets and always thought there was more to life then what it was made out to be.
His real name is Sodapop Curtis. Pony makes a point of mentioning that it says so on his ceritifcate (just like his name is actually Ponyboy and it says so on his certificate) in the book, too.
yes
Sodapop fights for fun.
He looks like a movie star, he loves to fight and drag race. What he loves the most is cars and girls.
They both do not like getting to fights

To show off his muscles when he has the chance. P.S. If you don't believe me, it says so in chapter 8 of the book.
like a father, obviously"....
One metaphor in the book "The Outsiders" is when Ponyboy describes the differences between the Socs and the Greasers by comparing them to the colors of the sky at sunset. This can be found on page 40 of the novel.
Sodapop Curtis dropped out of school because he was failing at it. He also wanted to help with the money payments
Ponyboy doesn't refer Sodapop as a dropout because Sodapop says he's dumb and was only passing Auto mechanics and gym anyways and Ponyboy knows that Sodapop isn't dumb at all
The outsiders book is better because it is like the life for teens now and that there's groups like from the outsiders greasers, socs, etc.
she does not like fighting
