A clique is a group of people who hang with each other exclusively and snub others.
yeah but the way you watch out for them is seeing who people hang out with all the time then you know they are close friends!
cliques are groups of people who stick around with each other and generally are most comfortable talking with the people in their clique.
their are a lot of high school "cliques" Not so much gangs.
The song "Breaking Free" is from the Disney original movie High School Musical. It was the first in the a series of three movies which focused on two high school students in rival cliques.
School uniforms can help reduce socio-economic distinctions among students, but they may not completely prevent cliques from forming based on other factors like interests or personalities. While uniforms can create a sense of unity and equality in appearance, forming friendships and social groups is a natural part of human interaction that goes beyond clothing choices.
Because they feel that they need to belong to a group to "fit in." I am a high school student and I know this from experience.
It is apon opinion but the reason y the majority of high schoolers don't like uniforms is because they have cliques and they all want to express them selves.
There are cliques in school because most people fall into a category with what their interests are . If you are not in a clique then why not make some new friends and start a clique of your own . New cliques are spawning all the time just like the latest fashion so give it a try you never know what you could find !
In the book "Speak" by Laurie Halse Anderson, some of the cliques mentioned are the Marthas, the Plain Janes, the Jocks, the Country Clubbers, and the Schemers. Each group has its own distinct characteristics and social dynamics within the high school setting.
Children can form cliques at any age. The most common age would be once they enter school age. Cliques can be a very bad thing and may lead to bullying of other kids.
not at all.. it depends on your school, if you have bullys, cliques, etc. at my school there isnt really "bullys" but just people who talk behind your back.. every high school is unique, but for the most part, the high schools in the movies are very similar. however, the physical contact bullying is not as common.
Most cute girls come with a huge popularity tag. these girls probably hang out in cliques in malls, hallways at school, and walking around. they are so easy to spot and their cliques are so big that one girl is bound to like you. i guess it depends on the people
There are some cliques out there that are just for popularity, but many people join cliques because they need a group of people to be around to feel accepted even if that group of people is not so nice.
