I would add some others. But at least it includes Settlers of Catan and a few others that aren't as mass-marketed, but which are *excellent.* Carcassone, Apples to Apples (which has become more widely marketed in the past few years), and RoboRally are also classics. Phase 10, Five Crowns, Great Dalmuti... My favorite more recent one in Xactica. Fun game that is harder to predict than some, good mix of skill and luck. The greatest card games are probably Poker, bridge, pinochle,cribbage, hearts,euchre,gin rummy and other rummy games,pitch, oh-hell, war and crazy eights. Some of these games are mostly luck, others allow the skillful player to greatly improve his chances.
